Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or other reasons.

Returns and Refunds (30-Day Return Policy)

Thank you for purchasing our products from Part-maker. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@part-maker.com with your order number and reason for return.

Inspection and Processing: After we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is approved, we will process your refund.

Refund Timeline: The refund will be issued to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days after we process the refund for it to appear on your credit card statement.

Non-Eligible Returns: If the product is damaged in any way due to misuse, or if you initiate the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping and Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranties and Defective Products

We warrant that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately at support@part-maker.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, modification, or normal wear and tear.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Part-maker, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which, by their nature, should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
