Part-maker is an Indiana-based small business specializing in custom 3D-printed and CNC-machined products for workshops, small shops, and garage workspaces. We design and manufacture engineered tools, including CNC clamps, vacuum hose adapters, pipe saddles, and specialized workshop accessories that solve real problems for makers, woodworkers, and DIY enthusiasts.

Our Design & Manufacturing Process

Every Part-maker product starts as a 3D model in Autodesk Fusion 360 — professional CAD/CAM software that lets us design, simulate, and generate tool paths all in one place. This means the design intent is carried directly through to the machine with no guesswork. Once we're satisfied with the model, we cut parts on our AvidCNC machine, which is controlled by a in house designed and built LinuxCNC controller. 3D-printed components are produced on our Prusa printers, well known in the maker community for consistent, reliable output run after run. The result is parts that fit correctly, function as intended, and hold up to daily shop use.

Our Equipment & Capabilities

• AvidCNC with Auto Tool Changer Runs multi-operation jobs on wood and plastic unattended — switching between drill bits, end mills, and V-bits automatically for consistent results every cycle.
• Prusa 3D Printers Dependable FDM printing in PETG and specialty materials. Prusa's open, well-documented platform means repeatable quality across every print.
• Fusion 360 CAD/CAM All parts are fully modeled, and all tool paths are generated in Autodesk Fusion 360, so what you see in the design is exactly what gets made on the machine.
• Quality Control Every product is inspected by hand before shipping to make sure it fits, functions, and looks right.
